Stefano Straullu

Stefano Straullu is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in opto-electronic communication systems. Since January 2019, Stefano has been affiliated with LINKS Foundation as a researcher, contributing to the PhotonLab team. Prior to this role, Stefano worked at Istituto Superiore Mario Boella from May 2009 to December 2018, where similar responsibilities were held. Earlier career experiences include a position as a Software Test Engineer at Motorola and an internship at both PhotonLab and Agilent Technologies. Stefano holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communications Engineering, alongside a Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, all from Politecnico di Torino. Early education was completed at Liceo Scientifico, culminating in a Maturità scientifica.
