Gizem Orhan

Gizem Orhan is an experienced professional in the fields of growth management and customer value, currently serving as the Principal Growth Manager Execution Lead at Turkcell Technology since June 2018, with previous roles including Expert Growth Manager and Senior Customer Value Management Specialist. Prior to this, Gizem worked at Turkcell and Turkcell Global Bilgi, focusing on customer value management and process improvement. Early career experience includes a role as a Process Development Specialist at Ekol Logistics, where Gizem contributed to various business development and improvement projects. Gizem has also served as a Teaching Assistant at Sabanci University and completed an internship at Vestel Komunikasyon Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., gaining valuable insights into productivity and enterprise resource planning. Gizem holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Yeditepe University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the same field at Sabanci University.
