Ahmed Serdaroglu

Ahmed Serdaroglu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in radio network technology and optimization. Currently serving as the Radio Control Systems Manager at Turkcell since November 2013, Ahmed leads a team of 13 in managing the operation of 4G, 3G, and 2G radio systems, as well as overseeing the Fixed Wireless Access service known as Superbox. Responsibilities include directing machine learning initiatives, automation processes, and OpenRAN trials while managing budgets and vendor relations. Previous roles include Principal LTE RAN Consultant at PIWorks, Senior Radio Network Technology Consultant at AT&T, and Radio Access Network Consultant at Ericsson. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Boğaziçi University and a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, along with a Nanodegree in Business Analytics from Udacity.
