Necati Ersen Siseci

Necati Ersen Siseci is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity and information technology. Currently serving as Offensive Security Associate Director and previously in various security management roles at Turkcell since August 2020, Necati also has a strong academic background as a lecturer in Network Forensics at Istanbul Sehir University from January 2014 to August 2020. Prior to these positions, Necati held significant roles at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, leading the Cyber Security Institute, where responsibilities included cyber security research and application development, alongside system administration and security monitoring tasks. Additional experience includes system administration positions at Vargonen Technologies and development work at GeoSOFT, focusing on GIS applications. Necati holds a BS in Computer Science from Karadeniz Technical University, an MS in Computer Science from Gebze Technical University, and a PhD in Electrical, Electronics, and Cyber Systems from Medipol University.
