Erkay Degerli

Erkay Degerli possesses extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving on the IT Committee and IT Strategy Committee at Star Alliance since March 2021. Degerli has held various leadership roles at Turkish Airlines since April 2016, including VP of Digital Services and VP of Corporate Solutions in IT. Prior experience includes serving as SVP of Application Development at Burgan Bank Türkiye and holding managerial positions at Yapı Kredi and SFS-IFS. Early career roles involved software engineering at the Turkish Army and Koç American Bank. Erkay Degerli holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering from Ege University and an Executive MBA from Bahcesehir University.
