Serdar Gürbüz

Serdar Gürbüz is a seasoned leader in technology and innovation with extensive experience in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as General Manager and Group Director of Customer Solutions & Analytics at Turkish Technology since January 2021, Serdar also holds positions as a Board Member at Turkish Airlines Financial Technologies and an Investment Committee Member at Bilisim Vadisi Investment Fund. Notably, Serdar has contributed significantly to Turkish Airlines in various senior leadership roles, focusing on digital transformation and customer solutions from 2016 to 2024. With a background in industrial engineering from Boğaziçi University and an executive education program from The University of Texas at Austin, Serdar has spearheaded numerous initiatives in technology, data analytics, and digital innovation while promoting entrepreneurship through participation in foundations such as Türkiye Teknoloji Takımı Vakfı.
