Cengiz Gungor

Cengiz Gungor, PhD, serves as the Academy Director at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye, where responsibilities include designing, developing, and evaluating training programs, alongside creating e-learning materials since June 2005. Previous roles include Senior Learning and Development Specialist and Learning and Development Specialist at the same institution. Prior to this, Cengiz held the position of Educational Technologist at Meteksan Sistem, focusing on the design and development of training materials for various IT projects from July 2000 to June 2005. Cengiz's career began as a Specialist on Test and Evaluation Systems at Garanti Bank, where measurement and evaluation instruments for training were developed from September 1999 to May 2000. Cengiz Gungor earned a PhD in Educational/Instructional Technology from Ankara University, as well as a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Instructional Technologies and Testing and Evaluation in Education from Hacettepe University.
