Additionally, Esra has held various roles at Garanti Bank, focusing on talent management and performance consulting, and began a career in academia as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Koç University. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in International Relations from Koç University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Economics from Istanbul Bilgi University. Esra also served as Vice President of YATA Turkey, managing public relations and organizing events.
