Serkan Bircan

Serkan Bircan is an experienced professional in the field of technology and operations management, currently serving as the Technical Operations Manager and Business Partners Management at Türksat Uydu Haberleşme Kablo TV ve İşletme A.Ş. since March 2024. Prior to this role, Serkan held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Tual Aluminyum Extrusion Profiles, overseeing digital transformation and technology infrastructure projects. As a co-founder of NİBBTEKNOLOJİ, Serkan contributed to digital transformation and IoT technology integration. Serkan's extensive experience includes various roles at Türksat, a field engineer position at Türk Telekom, and system engineering with the Turkish Armed Forces. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Selçuk University.
