Andy Rumfitt

Andy Rumfitt is the Senior Director, Head of Business Cases & Funding at Turley. Andy has over 17 years of experience in the field of economic development and transport planning. Prior to joining Turley, they were the Founding Director of Innovacion Limited where they provided advice and support with European and UK funding bids and financing options for major projects, sectors and supply chains. Andy has also worked as the UK&I Discipline Lead - Economics and Economic Development at AECOM, responsible for championing and elevating economics and economic development in the UK and Ireland, developing and supporting talent and driving collaboration. Rumfitt has also served as the Director of Economic Development at AECOM, responsible for growing AECOM’s Economics & Economic Development team to 30 staff and directing the successful delivery of significant economic development and transport projects in the UK for a range of private sector developers and investors as well as government agencies and other public sector clients. Andy is also the Chair of Place Working Group at BEIS Professional and Business Services Council.

Andy Rumfitt has a BA from the University of Cambridge, an MBA from Imperial College, University of London, and an MPhil from the University of Reading.

They work with Chrysta Poppitt - Senior Director, HR, Paul Deehan - Senior Director, Finance and Resources, and Stefan Redfern - Director, Business Development & Marketing. Andy Rumfitt reports to Dave Trimingham, Chief Executive.
