Chrysta Poppitt

Chrysta Poppitt is the Senior Director of HR at Turley. Chrysta has over fifteen years of experience in the Human Resources field.

Poppitt began their career as an HR Officer at Grant Thornton in 2003. In this role, they were responsible for a variety of HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations. Poppitt excelled in this position and was promoted to HR Manager at Blick Rothenberg in 2007. In this role, they oversaw the HR function for two businesses and was responsible for a wide range of projects.

Poppitt left Blick Rothenberg in 2008 to join KnowledgePoint360 Group as HR Manager. Chrysta oversaw the HR function for six agencies within the company. During their time at KnowledgePoint360 Group, Poppitt worked on a number of global HR initiatives.

Poppitt joined Turley in 2013 as Senior Director of HR. In this role, they are responsible for leading the HR function for the company. Poppitt has been instrumental in developing Turley’s HR strategy and has led a number of successful initiatives during their time at the company.

Chrysta Poppitt has a FCIPD from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an MSc in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster, and a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Surrey.

Chrysta Poppitt works with Mike Best - Senior Director, Planning, Roger Mascall - Senior Director, Head of London and Heritage & Townscape, and Colin Morrison - Senior Director, Head of Sustainability. Chrysta Poppitt reports to Dave Trimingham, Chief Executive.
