Diane Milliken Schless

Diane Milliken Schless is a seasoned professional in business development with a strong focus on sustainable building practices. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development for Turner Construction Company's Boston Business Unit since August 2024, Diane previously held multiple leadership roles at Thornton Tomasetti from February 2016 to June 2024, including Vice President of Business Development and Senior Associate. Prior to that, Diane co-founded Horizon Residential Energy Services Maine, where responsibilities included managing a comprehensive consulting and contracting business focused on high-performance building retrofits. Diane holds a Master of Science in Resource Management & Administration from Antioch University New England and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
