Jim Monroe

Jim Monroe has extensive work experience in the food service industry. Jim started their career at The Wendy's Company as a Co Manager and then moved on to Rax's Restaurants where they held the position of Vice President of Operations. Jim then joined Arby's as a Multi Unit Manager before joining Best Oil dba Toot N Scoot as the Director of Food Service/District Manager. After that, they worked at 7-Eleven Stores as the Director of Food Service/Senior Category Manager, where they successfully managed and increased sales for various categories. Jim then joined ServSafe as an Instructor/Principal and is currently working at Turner Dairy Farms as the Director Of Sales, where they manage a sales team, cultivates partnerships, and develops sales and marketing plans. Overall, Jim Monroe has a diverse background in the food service industry and has held various management roles throughout their career.

Jim Monroe obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Management/Accounting from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania between 1979 and 1983. Jim also received additional certifications including the Entrepreneurial Fellows Program from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016, Sandler Sales Training from Sandler Training in 2013, and a certification as a ServSafe Instructor & Registered Proctor from ServSafe in 1996.
