Olivia Erickson

Olivia Erickson is an experienced professional in the mining and logistics industries, currently serving as a Supervisor for pit operations at Turner Mining Group since January 2022. In this role, Olivia leads safety meetings and oversees the operations of all equipment and operators. Previously, Olivia worked at MP Materials as a Mining Operator, where responsibilities included transporting rare earth materials and contributing to special projects. Prior to that, Olivia served as a Logistics Trainer at Cascades, managing inventory and overseeing the operation of forklifts and clamp trucks. Olivia's career began with a position as a Haul Truck Operator at Mineral Park, Inc., where the role involved operating heavy machinery until the company's closure. Olivia holds a Production Technician Certification from Mohave Community College.
