Trysten Cain has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career at Best Buy in 2009 as a Home Theater/Lifestyles Sales Associate, where they demonstrated expertise in the latest technology and provided consultation and troubleshooting support to customers. In 2012, they joined Geek Squad as an Operations Agent, responsible for administrative functions and maintenance of client technology. They eventually became a Geek Squad Supervisor, managing employee and client engagement models.

In 2016, Trysten joined FoxCorp as a Service Desk Agent, offering front-line support and troubleshooting assistance to end users. They quickly progressed to become a Fox Service Desk Lead, monitoring and reviewing assigned tickets to ensure compliance with service level agreements and proper handling and resolution of incidents. They also ensured adherence to standard operating procedures and appropriate escalation routes within the team. Then, they transitioned to the role of FoxCorp Service Desk and Network Operations Center Lead, overseeing ticketing processes and timely escalation of critical and time-sensitive incidents.

In 2023, Trysten joined Turner Techtronics, Inc. as a Shared Service Desk Supervisor and, later, became the Shared Service Desk Manager. In these roles, they led and managed a service desk team, provided mentorship and coaching to team members, and acted as an escalation point for requests and incidents. Additionally, they developed escalation processes and ensured information flow within both the client's and the organization's structures.

Throughout their work experience, Trysten demonstrated strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills. They are well-versed in managing teams and ensuring efficient incident management and resolution.

Trysten Cain attended the University of Northern Colorado from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Visual and Performing Arts.
