Joe Rutledge is a highly experienced quantity surveyor with a career spanning over 17 years in the industry. Currently serving as a Partner at alinea consulting LLP since September 2013, Joe has held various roles including Associate, Senior Project Surveyor for MEP Services, and Project Surveyor. Prior to this, Joe worked as an M&E Quantity Surveyor at Robinson Low Francis for a brief period in 2013 and as a Project Surveyor and Graduate Quantity Surveyor at Davis Langdon from 2006 to 2013. Joe holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying from the College of Estate Management (Reading University), completed between 2006 and 2010, and attended Gable Hall from 1999 to 2004.
