Kiabi Carson

Kiabi Carson is an experienced human resources leader with over two decades in the field, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for North America at Turner & Townsend since July 2012. In this role, Kiabi oversees comprehensive HR functions, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and benefits administration, while implementing strategic HR initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to Turner & Townsend, Kiabi held various HR positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including Associate Director and Manager of Human Resources, where strategic support was provided to sales and marketing teams. Kiabi's career began at Prudential Financial, managing HR for a large workforce and advising on complex employee relations issues. Kiabi holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
