Richard Lyne

Richard Lyne currently serves as Director of Programme Performance at Turner & Townsend, a position held since October 2023, after previously holding the title of Associate Director. Prior to this, Richard was Head Joint Force Training and Integration at Strategic Command, overseeing the training and assurance of the Joint Force. Experience as Senior Military Advisor for the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan involved providing high-level security sector advice, while time with the British Army included roles focused on business improvement in recruiting and leading multinational efforts to enhance Iraqi Security Forces. Richard's foundational education includes prestigious training at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom, where strategic understanding and leadership capabilities were developed.
