Alicia Carrasco

Alicia Carrasco has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Alicia currently holds the position of Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer at Turning Point Brands, Inc. since 2022. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Perrigo Company plc, where they held various roles including Vice President, Consumer Self-Care Americas & Corporate Human Resources. Prior to Perrigo Company, Alicia worked at Meijer as a Sr. Human Resources Manager for Corporate Supply Chain Operations and Manufacturing from 2013 to 2016. Alicia also served as a Human Resources Leader at Westshore Recycling (Republic Services) from 2012 to 2013. Alicia's career began in 2007 with various HR and staffing roles in different companies.

Alicia Carrasco obtained their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Studies from Cornerstone University from 2005 to 2007. Alicia then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the same university from 2010 to 2012. Alicia continued their education at Grand Valley State University in 2013, where they obtained a Certificate in Nonprofit Board Leadership. In 2016, they enrolled at Spring Arbor University and completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services in 2018. Additionally, Alicia holds two certifications: they are a SHRM Certified Professional obtained in February 2016 and has a certification in Korn Ferry Leadership Architect Global Competency Model, although the specific dates of obtaining the latter certification are unknown.
