Don Cole is a Program Manager at TURNING POINT FOUNDATION, where Don led the start-up Quality of Life Improvement Program. Prior to this role, Don worked as a Program Director at ACTION and as a Director of Human Resources at PACIFIC OAKS COLLEGE AND CHILDREN’S SCHOOL. Don also has experience as a Principal at DLC CONSULTING and as a Director of Human Resources and Facilities at GOSPEL LIGHT PUBLICATIONS. Don holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from UC San Diego.

Turning Point Foundation is a Non-profit, community based organization dedicated to the recovery of persons with mental illness living in Ventura County. Our mission is to provide shelter, housing, rehabilitation, recovery and support services to adults disabled by mental illness reach their highest potential and become contributing members of the community, Our programs include Housing First Homeless 2 Home Street Outreach program, Our Place Safe Haven Shelter, River Haven Dome Community, Supported Transitional and Permanent Housing programs, Mental Health Rehabilitation Programs, Peer Support Wellness Centers and Quality of Life Improvement Peer Support Board and Care program.
