Jack Deutsch is an experienced professional in business process design and management, currently serving as the Business Process Design Manager at Wings Financial Credit Union since September 2022. In this role, Jack leads a team focused on digital transformation and enhancing member experience through effective business operational processes. Prior to this, Jack held various positions at U.S. Bank, including Digital Accelerator and Branch Manager, and also gained experience in event management and student mentoring at Hamline University. Jack's earlier roles include credit analysis and sales management, demonstrating a diverse skill set in operations, leadership, and customer service. Jack holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Hamline University.
