Lisa Veale is the Project Delivery Manager at Turning Point HR Solution. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in customer service and human resources.
Lisa started their career as an Office Manager at Mansons Guitar Shop Ltd. in 1997. In 2004, they transitioned into the human resources field and became an HR Consultant at Inbucon. Lisa held this position for five years before moving to Turning Point HR Solutions LTD in 2009.
At Turning Point, Lisa was first a Consultant specializing in job evaluations. In 2010, they were promoted to Office / Customer Services Manager. In this role, Lisa was responsible for building relationships with clients and ensuring the efficient running of the Customer Service team. Lisa also scheduled courses for up to 16 sites and monitored KPIs.
In 2014, Lisa left Turning Point to join The Carlton Institute as their Office / Customer Services Manager. Lisa was responsible for induction of all new members of staff, developing policies and procedures, and conducting staff appraisals.
Lisa returned to Turning Point HR Solutions in 2018 and is now their Project Delivery Manager. In this role, they are responsible for leading and delivering a variety of HR projects across the business.
Lisa Veale has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Glamorgan.
