Sofia Deriggi

Sofia DeRiggi's work experience includes being a WVU Women's Choir Singer and WVU's National Anthem Singer at West Virginia University. Sofia also has experience as a Freelance Writer for The College Fix. At Turning Point USA, they served as TPUSA WVU President, Social Media Coordinator, and Events Planner. Prior to that, they were a Turning Point USA WVU Club Member. Sofia also participated in the Christian Leaders Program at the Leadership Institute and was a Delight Ministries Chapter Member. Sofia was involved with Students for Life of America and Network of enlightened Women (NeW) as a Chapter Member. Additionally, they worked as a Retail Sales Associate at The TJX Companies, Inc. Sofia served as a District Ambassador for the U.S. House of Representatives and was a Singer for WV Blackbears.

Sofia DeRiggi began their education at Preston High School, where they completed their secondary studies from 2018 to 2022. Following their high school graduation, they enrolled at West Virginia University in 2022. Over the course of three years, from 2022 to 2025, Sofia pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at West Virginia University, majoring in Political Science and Pre-Law Studies. In addition to their undergraduate studies, Sofia also attended the Leadership Institute in 2023 for American Government and Politics (United States) as a graduate student.
