Alberto Madero Gómez has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Alberto began their career at SIMEPRODE in 2004 as an HR Business Process Consultant, where they played a key role in running employee surveys and implementing action plans to address absences and turnover.

In 2005, they joined CEMEX as a P&IT Knowledge Management Consultant, responsible for creating business manuals and providing analytical support. Alberto later took on the role of P&IT Implementation Leader, facilitating the implementation of SAP processes in CEMEX France. Additionally, they served as a BUSINESS PLANNING BUDGET I&C LEADER, overseeing the implementation of the CEMEX Planning Budget platform across Mexico and South America.

In 2009, Madero Gómez joined GENYAL Consultores SC as an HR Business & Process Consultant. Alberto worked with the company until 2013, providing consulting services in HR and business processes.

Alberto then returned to CEMEX in 2010, taking on the role of P&IT Business Process Consultant. In this position, they focused on improving trading and shipping processes, coordinating change management strategies, and providing global support.

Madero Gómez joined Johnson Controls in 2013, initially serving as a North America HR Talent Acquisition leader and later transitioning to become an America HR WFA leader. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting employees across the Americas.

Alberto'smost recent position is with Turnitin, where they serve as the Global People Services & Transformation Director, starting in 2023. As part of this role, they lead initiatives to transform global HR processes and explore new technologies and solutions to enhance the workforce and candidate experience.

Alberto Madero Gómez completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2001 to 2006. Alberto also participated in an international exchange program at Jönköping University in 2005. In addition to their formal education, Alberto has obtained various certifications, including ERP SAP MM & SD Functional Certified and ERP SAP FI Certified from MGS-Monterrey Graduate School in 2008. Alberto also holds several leadership program certifications from Johnson Controls and has completed various courses at CEMEX University.
