Hong Fatt Phoon has a strong background in project management and IT roles. In addition, they worked as a Data Warehouse Lead at Accelteam Sdn Bhd, where they successfully delivered server upgrades and data migration projects. Hong Fatt Phoon started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Accenture, where they successfully delivered a past-due client project. Hong Fatt Phoon attended Staffordshire University from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering. In December 2020, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
