Yaroslav T began working as a L3 Support Engineer at TurnKey Lender in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at SoftServe Business Systems as a Middle Customer Support Engineer from February 2020 to October 2021. Before that, they held the role of Senior Customer Support Engineer at Galnaftogaz from January 2018 to February 2020.

Yaroslav T obtained a Master's degree in Radio and telecommunications from Lviv Polytechnic National University, completing the program from 2002 to 2007. In addition, they received certifications in programming basics, HTML/CSS, MySQL, Java, and Java advanced from Logos IT-Academy in April 2016.
