Jason Chasteen

Jason Chasteen has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Jason began their career in 1997 as an Electronic Switching Systems Operator/Maintainer in the U.S. Army. In 2002, they joined One Communications as a Network Surveillance and Voice Repair professional. In this role, they monitored and maintained switching, digital and optical telecommunications equipment, providing trouble resolution utilizing network interface devices and working directly with field personnel, equipment vendors, and other CLEC/ILEC personnel. Jason also helped develop and maintain training procedures. In 2010, Jason joined Turnkey Network Solutions as a Project Manager and Professional Services Engineer. In this role, they were primarily responsible for testing and certification of a variety of equipment, authoring and testing methods of procedures, providing production support, and vetting new Architecture and Engineering designs. Jason also had secondary responsibilities in the planning, procuring, deployment and continuous support of Network and Switching telecommunications.

Jason Chasteen attended Aquinas College in Grand Rapids from 2001 to 2002, where they studied General Studies.
