Tracey Gerdeman

Vice-President, Operations at Turnkey Network Solutions

Tracey Gerdeman has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Tracey began their career in 1995 as Major Account Support at Ameritech Cellular and Paging. In this role, they provided sales support, problem solving, and programming of equipment for Major Account Representatives and Outside Sales Representatives. In 1998, they moved to USXchange LLC as Manager, Translations and Routing. In this role, they monitored and motivated a repair department team to meet objectives set by senior management, communicated with clients escalated to management level, and established acceptable standards for ticket volume and ticket prioritization. In 2000, they joined Choice One Communications as Senior Manager, Voice and Data Repair. In this role, they supervised duties of 40 technicians, ensured that client needs were met while budgetary constraints were maintained, improved and implemented processes and procedures, and rewrote corresponding documentation. In 2005, they joined Turnkey Network Solutions as Vice-President, Operations. In this role, they interacted regularly with executive team and individual department heads to ensure that company’s operational priorities were aligned with total company direction, continually investigated and introduced process improvement measures, and participated in vendor negotiations to ensure product relevance and cost-efficiency.

Tracey Gerdeman obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Grand Valley State University between 1988 and 1992.
