Matthew Thayer

Matthew Thayer is a Scientist in Immunology at Turnstone Biologics since April 2022, leading the research and development team for the TIDAL-01 clinical program, focusing on process optimization and Dendritic Cell biology. Prior to this role, Matthew served as an Associate Scientist at Shoreline Biosciences, Inc., where efforts were directed towards the development of a CAR screening platform and assays for CAR-Macrophages. Previous positions include Senior Research Associate roles at Aptose Biosciences and Regulus Therapeutics, as well as experience with MI Bioresearch in flow cytometry assay development. Matthew began a scientific career at the University of Michigan Medical School in the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology department. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Biochemistry from Oberlin College.
