Thomas Polan

Thomas Polan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Thomas most recently worked as the Director of IoT at Turntide Technologies starting in July 2020. Prior to that, they served as an IoT Consultant and then as the Vice President of Customer Success at CalAmp from April 2019 to July 2020. Thomas also held various positions at Synovia Solutions LLC, starting as a Senior Software Engineer in January 2002 and later advancing to the roles of Vice President of Technology and Senior Vice President of Technology. Thomas began their career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Vignette in June 2000.

Thomas Polan attended Emory University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In 2000, they also briefly attended UCL, although it is not clear if they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during this time.
