Lauren Tyson

Lauren Tyson is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in both technical and emerging talent sourcing. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter and Emerging Talent Program Manager at Turo since September 2020, Lauren spearheads the company's first Early Career Talent program. Prior roles include Sr. Sourcer at The RealReal and Technical Sourcer at Turo, along with various sourcing and staffing positions at companies such as HomeSuite Inc., Kahuna, Zendesk, ANI PSG, Stanford Graduate School of Business, TuneIn, and Helping You Hire. Lauren holds a degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has also studied Broadcasting and Electronic Media at the College of San Mateo.
