Steve leads communications at Turo and, having never owned a car, is a frequent Turo user. Since joining Turo in 2012 as the company’s first in-house communications lead, Steve has overseen telling the Turo story to consumers, legislators, and business stakeholders worldwide. Prior to joining Turo, Steve worked on communications and brand building for environmental NGOs, cleantech companies, and early-stage startups. Based in San Francisco, he spent four years in Beijing working on communications campaigns for Fortune 500 companies around the 2008 Olympic Games. Steve has a BA in History from the University of California, San Diego.
