Tia Kelly

Tia Kelly has a strong background in operations management, with their most recent role being an Operations Manager at Kairos Group. Tia is responsible for overseeing various agencies within the group and ensuring the success of client campaigns through data-driven insight, strategy, and creative executions. Prior to this, Tia held similar positions at Kairos Media, Kyma Media, and Turopium. Additionally, they have experience as a Project and Operations Manager at Apprintable, where they planned and oversaw creative projects, strengthened team communications through the implementation of new systems, and served as a Personal Assistant to the Director. Tia also has experience as a Lead Ambassador for Diversity and Wellbeing at the University of Manchester Students' Union and as an English and Maths Tutor at Explore Learning.

Tia Kelly began their education in 2015 at The University of Manchester, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Tia successfully completed their degree in 2018, earning a 2:1 classification with a final grade of 68%. In 2017, Tia also had the opportunity to study abroad for a semester at Arizona State University, furthering their studies in Philosophy.
