The Operations and Supply Chain team at Turosi ensures the efficient production, warehousing, and distribution of our high-quality poultry and prepared food products. This team oversees the entire supply chain from farm to plate, focusing on operational reliability, process improvements, and customer service excellence. They manage production facilities, implement transformative technologies like Dynamics 365, and continuously seek ways to optimize logistics and distribution across our 16 sites in Australia.
