Stefano DiSano

Stefano DiSano has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Stefano is currently serving as the Data Strategy Lead at Turquoise Health since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Nordic Global as a Manager from October 2021 to January 2022 and as a Senior Consultant from January 2020 to October 2021.

Before joining Nordic Global, they gained valuable experience at Triage Consulting Group, where they held multiple positions starting from August 2016. As a Senior Consultant, they led the creation of a charge capture team, utilizing MS Access and SQL queries to identify missing or incorrect charges, resulting in the recovery of over $10M in lost revenue. Stefano also played a vital role in the 3M DRG and EAPG Grouping team, developing end-to-end EAPG groupings and acting as a knowledge base for Triage.

In addition, Stefano managed a team of six consultants, oversaw client data extract schedules, maintained client relationships, and provided revenue cycle recommendations. Stefano was chosen to develop and lead trainings on data analytics and revenue cycle analysis. Stefano was also a member of the Triage Application Group, contributing to the conceptualization, implementation, and maintenance of technical products.

Earlier in their career, Stefano worked as a Building Supervisor at UC Davis Activities and Recreation Center in 2015. Stefano also gained internship experience at Stifel Financial Corp. and Morgan Stanley in the same year.
