Dhan Bisht is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as a Chef at Turtle Bay Restaurants since February 2023, Dhan also holds the position of Corporate Chef at JSB Group UAE since July 2020. Previous roles include Head Chef at Old Castello Restaurant from May 2018 to August 2020, and at Jodhpur Royal Dining Dubai for a brief period in early 2018. Dhan's expertise further encompasses a tenure as Sous Chef at Farzi Cafe Dubai, Sr. Chef de Partie at Tresind Restaurant Radisson Royal Dubai, and Commi at The Lodhi (previously Aman Resort). Early culinary training included positions as Commi 3rd at K.I.C. (Kwality Group) and an apprenticeship at JPP Hotel from 2004 to 2007.
