Kayleigh Micklethwaite is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Head of HR & Recruitment at Turtle Bay Restaurants since July 2021, Kayleigh previously held the position of Senior People Partner. Prior roles include Head of People at Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill and HR Business Partner at Gourmet Burger Kitchen. Kayleigh's background includes significant tenures with Marriott International, where positions ranged from Human Resources Manager at St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel to HR Officer roles at various Marriott locations. Kayleigh holds a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management from The University of Huddersfield and a Level 7 qualification in Human Resources Management from London South Bank University.
