Paul Barnes is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Head Chef at Turtle Bay Restaurants since December 2022. Previously, Paul held the position of Sous Chef at The Hospitality Group for a brief period in 2022, and prior to that, Paul was Head Chef at Turtle Bay Restaurants from August 2015 to September 2022. Paul also gained valuable experience as Head Chef at Mitchells & Butlers from June 2005 to July 2015. Paul’s educational background includes studies at Stantonbury Campus from 1998 to 2001.
