Elye Olson

Elye Olson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Elye began their career as a Performing Artist at Ballet Arizona in 2004 and worked there until 2013. In 2015, they joined Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, initially as a Litigation Paralegal Intern and later as a Project Assistant and a Litigation Paralegal. Elye continued working at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP until 2017. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Subrogation Paralegal at Allstate before transitioning to Deer Park ISD as a Substitute Teacher. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Merchandising Execution Associate at The Home Depot and as a Teacher in Training at Pilates Sports Center. In 2020, they joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as an Overnight Stocker, and simultaneously worked as an IKEA General Warehouse Co-worker. At IKEA, they also took on the role of CDC/SDS System Administrator for a brief period. In 2022, they worked as a Warehouse Worker at Kelly before joining Turtle as both a Warehouse Associate - Receiver and an Inventory Control Associate - Administrative Support in different timeframes.

Elye Olson has an extensive education history. Elye obtained a comprehensive Pilates Training certificate from Pilates Sports Center in 2019. In 2015, they completed the Institute for Paralegal Studies at Loyola University Chicago, earning a Litigation Practice Certificate. Continuing their education in the legal field, Elye pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2018. Prior to their legal studies, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy from Arizona State University in 2008. Elye also pursued general studies at Community Colleges from 1998 to 2008. Furthermore, they studied Philosophy at Washington University in St. Louis from 2000 to 2001. In their early years, Elye focused on their passion for dance, attending the Houston Ballet Academy from 1985 to 1995 and the Royal Academy of Fine Arts/Clear Lake Metropolitan Ballet from 1980 to 1984, where they specialized in dance and completed the Pre-professional Level Graduate program.
