Kellie Hock, SHRM-CP, PHR has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Kellie began their career at Target Corporation, where they held various positions, including team leader, Training & Support Coordinator, Market Resource, and Human Resource Representative. During their time at Target, they were responsible for staffing, development, retention, and brand. Kellie then moved on to Factory Card & Party Outlet, where they served as a Regional Human Resource Manager, overseeing the implementation of human resource programs for up to 60 retail stores. Currently, Kellie is working at Turtle Wax, Inc as a Human Resources Director, where they develop and implements human resources policies and programs and provides leadership and support to the senior leadership team and employees. Kellie also serves as a key business partner on the Senior Leadership Team.

Kellie Hock, SHRM-CP, PHR holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University. In 2004, they obtained the PHR certification, and in 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the institution of SHRM.
