Fionna Lee

Fionna Lee has worked in various roles since 2001. Fionna started their career as a Cabin Crew at Singapore Airlines in 2001. In 2006, they joined MTS Consulting as a Consultant and was involved in business development and account management for the executive search business. Fionna also served as a DISC certified consultant and used the tool to coach undergraduates and working professionals on their career planning and development. In 2020, they joined TurtleTree as their Chief People Officer, partnering the team as their People & Culture Advisor, Coach and Business Partner. Her key focus was on talent acquisition strategy, HR operations, and people and culture development.

Fionna Lee began their education in 1998 at Jurong Junior College, where they studied Commerce. In 2002, they began their studies at the National University of Singapore, where they earned a Science degree in Real Estate in 2006. Fionna then attended Fudan University, where they completed a Technopreneurship degree in 2006. In 2006, they also attended NUS Overseas Colleges, where they studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
