Currently serving as President and previously as Executive Vice President of Alabama Leaders in Educational Technology since September 2018, Chris has demonstrated expertise in organizing major conference events and fulfilling roles on the Executive Board. Since August 2003, Chris has held various positions at Tuscaloosa City Schools, including Director of Technology, where responsibilities encompass enhancing technology systems to support the educational mission. Earlier roles at Tuscaloosa include Director of Instructional Technology and Coordinator of Instructional Technology, focused on curriculum integration and professional development. Educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational/Instructional Technology, as well as a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and a Bachelor's of Arts in History from The University of Alabama.
