Richard Bertin is currently the Director of Operations at Tuscan Brands since October 2018. Prior to this, Richard served as the General Manager at Alta Strada from December 2015 to October 2018. With experience as a Restaurant Manager at Grafton Street Pub & Grill and Oak Long Bar + Kitchen, Richard also held the position of Food and Beverage Coordinator. Additionally, at Johnson & Wales University, Richard worked as a Discussion Coordinator and Supplemental Instructor, where Richard created and oversaw pilot programs to assist and integrate international students into the business program and improve student performance in statistics classes. Richard holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and a degree in Food Service Management.
