Juan Escobar

Juan Escobar has a solid background in product development and management. Juan is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Development at TUSHY: For People Who Poop, where they lead a team of engineers and industrial designers and is responsible for creating product roadmaps, budgets, and timelines. Juan also assists in selecting overseas manufacturers and collaborates with various teams to bring products to market. Prior to this role, Juan worked as a Digital Product Manager at Ginkgo, where they upgraded services and added features for customers. Additionally, they held the position of Director of Product Development at Levl. Juan's previous experience also includes being a Senior Product Manager at OXO, where they led the strategic planning and managed the P&L for their assigned product category. Juan worked closely with various teams to ensure products were brought to market efficiently.

Juan Escobar has a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Design from Stanford University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In terms of additional certifications, Juan obtained the Winter 2022 NIH I-corps cohort certification from The National Institutes of Health in April 2022. Juan also holds certifications in Digital Product Management from General Assembly in September 2020, Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap from LinkedIn in April 2020, and Technology for Product Managers from LinkedIn in April 2020.
