Adan Arteaga

Adan Arteaga has extensive work experience that spans various roles and industries. Adan joined TuSimple in December 2019 and has progressed within the company, currently holding the position of Sr Map Product Engineer since February 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Map Product Engineer II from December 2020 to February 2022 and as a Map Production Engineer from December 2019 to December 2020. Adan initially started at TuSimple as a Map Infrastructure Engineer intern from September 2019 to December 2019.

Outside of TuSimple, Adan worked at UC San Diego Health as a Residential Counselor for one month in June 2019. Adan also gained valuable experience at Teaching + Learning Commons, UC San Diego, where they served as a Peer Mentor from June 2018 to June 2019 and as a Learning Strategist from October 2017 to January 2019.

Additionally, Adan contributed to UC San Diego's community as a Student Orientation Coordinator from January 2018 to October 2018 and as a Student Orientation Assistant from June 2017 to October 2017. Before that, they worked in the UC San Diego - Housing • Dining • Hospitality department, taking on the roles of Store Team Lead from September 2015 to September 2017 and Food Sales Clerk from April 2015 to September 2015.
