Candice Appiah

Candice is a fellow at Tusk Strategies, providing support to multiple communications and public affairs campaigns with background research, media tracking, and thought leadership generation. She is passionate about the intersection of technology, media, global policy, and culture.

Prior to Tusk, Candice was a digital investment associate at Mediacom, where she helped media planning and buying teams for Ally Bank with planning and running digital advertising campaigns.

Before Mediacom, Candice interned as a Media Communications intern at Bloomberg Media and held a number of internships with entertainment and education centered start-ups, specializing in customizing social media plans and content, increasing audience engagement, and event production.

Originally from the Bronx, Candice graduated from Wheaton College MA with a B.A in Economics and Film and New Media Studies and a minor in African American Diaspora Studies.
