Jarrett Catlin is a Vice President at Tusk Strategies where he helps design and execute creative political and communications strategies. He is most passionate about helping innovative companies turn bold visions of the future into reality.
Prior to Tusk, Jarrett was a researcher at the RAND Corporation where he helped federal clients within the DOD, DHS, and DOJ strategize around the risks and opportunities presented by emerging technologies. While at RAND, he also wrote a dissertation analyzing how cities in Los Angeles County responded to the arrival of the shared electric scooter industry. Jarrett began his career as a staffer for several members of the U.S. House of Representatives.
Jarrett holds a PhD and M.A. in Public Policy Analysis from the Pardee RAND Graduate School and a B.A. in Political Science from Westmont College.
