Rhonda Parks, Ed.D., serves as the Title 1 Community School Specialist and Community School Specialist for Tustin Unified School District since October 2017, focusing on integrating academic, health, and social supports for students. With a background as an instructional coach, Rhonda works collaboratively to enhance teaching strategies for a diverse student body. In addition, Rhonda has been a faculty member at Concordia University, Irvine, since August 2012, where responsibilities include curriculum development and providing teacher training for K-12 candidates. As Vice President of So Cal Property Solutions, Inc. since June 2002, Rhonda facilitates partnerships between educational institutions and the home-building industry through innovative grant programs. Previous experience at Tustin Unified School District includes teaching roles and curriculum specialization, with substantial achievements in grant acquisition and community engagement. Rhonda holds a Global Executive Doctorate in Education from the University of Southern California and advanced degrees from the University of San Diego.
