Martín Silva Mesías

Martín Silva Mesías has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Martín worked as a Product Owner at Tutenlabs from February 2022 to May 2023, where they were responsible for overseeing the development of technological solutions for assistance, insurance, and retail businesses. Martín also served as a Project Manager at Tutenlabs from February 2021 to February 2022, where they managed the control and assurance process for client requirements and feedback, as well as analyzed and measured the impact of new requirements on the company's roadmap. Prior to this, Martín worked as a Strategy and Digital Transformation Consultant at Tutenlabs from July 2020 to January 2021. At INNSPIRAL, they worked as a Business Analyst from July 2019 to June 2020, where they planned and executed innovation strategies for clients and analyzed the feasibility of different innovation solutions. Martín also briefly worked at AB InBev Chile as a CPFR for Cencosud y Falabella from March 2019 to July 2019. Martín started their career as an Internship Trainee at Brasfumo in January 2016 for a period of three months.

Martín Silva Mesías began their education at The Grange School, where they studied from 1997 to 2010. Martín then went on to attend Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2012 to 2018, earning a degree in Business Administration. During their time at the university, their field of study was Administration and Management of Companies, in general. In 2020, Martín returned to Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile to pursue a Diploma of Education, specializing in Big Data, which they completed in 2021. In 2022, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum 101.
