Joe Schiller has extensive experience in human resources, with roles at various companies. Joe started their career in the US Army as S1 - Human Resources - Chief of Battalion Staff from 2003 to 2012. After that, they worked as an Executive of Logistics at Target from 2012 to 2013. Joe then transitioned to Store Management at Trader Joe's from 2013 to 2015. Following that, they joined DCA Outdoor as a Director of Human Resources from 2015 to 2016. Joe then worked as a Regional Human Resources Director at Ascension Senior Living from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Tutera Senior Living and Health Care since February 2019.

Joe Schiller has a diverse education history. Joe obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Troy University in 2009. From 2005 to 2012, they pursued multiple master's degrees at Troy University, specializing in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management, as well as Health/Health Care Administration/Management. In 2013-2014, they also earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix. Continuing their education, Joe completed a Doctorate in Business Administration and Management from Capella University in 2015. Most recently, in 2016-2017, they received a Master's degree in Accounting from Troy University.
